- Contact form submissions — name, email, store URL, message (when you contact us voluntarily)
- Analytics data — page views, scroll depth, clicks, session data via Google Analytics 4 (anonymized)
- Licensing data — email and payment details managed by Freemius (our licensing platform)
The NettoProfit WordPress plugin processes WooCommerce order data locally on your server. Your order data never leaves your WordPress installation and is never sent to our servers.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to support requests and inquiries
- To process plugin licenses and payments (via Freemius)
- To improve our website and product based on aggregated analytics
- To send product updates and occasional newsletters (only with explicit consent)
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

- Google Analytics — Anonymized usage analytics. See Google Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic — If you use the AI Advisor (Pro+AI), your queries are processed by Claude Sonnet via our fly.io backend. Queries may include anonymized campaign metrics but never personal customer data.
5. Cookies
nettoprofit.com uses:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — track page views and engagement. You can decline via your browser settings.
- No advertising cookies — we do not run retargeting pixels on this website.
6. Data Retention
Contact form data: retained for up to 2 years unless you request deletion. Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months). Licensing data: managed by Freemius per their retention policy.

nettoprofit.com is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Contact form data is transmitted securely. We do not store payment card data — payments are processed by Freemius/Stripe.
