1. Acceptance
By using nettoprofit.com or the NettoProfit WooCommerce plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.
2. The Service
NettoProfit provides a WooCommerce profit intelligence plugin in three tiers: Free, Pro, and Pro+AI. Features differ by tier as described at nettoprofit.com/#pricing.
3. License
Purchase of a Pro or Pro+AI plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of sites specified at checkout. Licenses are managed via Freemius.
The Free tier (Pixel Health Checker) may be used without account creation. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of any tier is prohibited.
4. Payment & Refunds
- Billing is monthly or annual as selected at checkout
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, no questions asked
- To request a refund, email info@nettoprofit.com within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds after 14 days are not guaranteed but considered on a case-by-case basis
5. Pro+AI and Token Budget
AI features (Claude Sonnet integration) require the Pro+AI tier. AI usage is deducted from your monthly token budget. Unused tokens do not roll over. We reserve the right to adjust AI pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the plugin
- Use the plugin to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Resell or redistribute the plugin or its outputs
- Attempt to circumvent licensing or tier restrictions
7. Data & Privacy
The plugin processes WooCommerce data locally on your server. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the profit calculations will be 100% accurate in all scenarios. Profit calculations depend on the accuracy of data you enter (COGS, fees, expenses).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NettoProfit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Serbia.
